(also know as Prosperity Toss Salad: It contains fried wanton skin, carrots, pomelo, crushed peanuts, prawn crakers and
smoked salmon. Each table will have a big plate of this for them to toss together and later share amongst themselves)

(sweet blackened beef otherwise direct translation is Beef Cooked Black!
Sweetened beef simmered in aromatics spices with generous use of soy sauce)

(fried aubergine with sweet and spicy chilli paste)
