(I am paying homage to my beloved birth place, Sabah (North Borneo).  We are celebrating the annual Harvest Festival
(Kaamatan) and this menu reflects some of our local dishes.)

• Fantastic opportunity to feast on Malaysian & other Asian cooking prepared by Malaysian chef Lily Indra

• It’s very social – we seat our guest at communal tables for foodie fun. Bring your friends, family or be adventurous
and come alone and meet some new friends.

• Please bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink. Water provided.

• Please indicate in advance if you have any special dietary requirements.

• Please come hungry - we want you to leave satisfied

MEE ROJAK
(Egg noodles with chicken, hard boiled egg, bean sprouts, cucumber, tofu and peanut sauce)

PRAWN HINATA
(North Borneo favourite dish! Prawns marinated in lime juice, ginger, chilli and basil)
Served chilled and very refreshing - perfect for spring weather
